Cantina Bolla was established in the heart of Valpolicella: here work is carried out in full respect for tradition in a close bond with the land but using the most advanced oenological practices in order to safeguard the precious perfumes, aromas and tastes. The historical cellar was founded at Pedemonte by Alberto Bolla in the nineteen-thirties. Here can be found barrels of Slavonian oak of great value dating back to 1883, the foundation date of Fratelli Bolla, and over 1.700 barriqies and tonneaux in which the traditional red wines are still aged, particularly Amarone. The Pedemonte winery constitutes a bastion of particular historical significance but also encapsulates the essence of Bolla quality which is rigorously taken care of at every stage of the production process.
