Cabernet

A popular red variety and one that remains in the memory. Originally from the Bordeaux region of France, it has a long history as a much-loved wine in Italy. A full-bodied, beefy red, marked out by intense flavours and aromas, it can go with lots of things but is perfect for cold cuts and meat dishes in general.
