Ripasso

Valpolicella Ripasso comes from the practice of "ripassare" or passing Valpolicella wine over the grape skins used for Amarone. Coming from ages-old Veronese know-how and tradition, it infuses the Valpolicella wine with more body and structure including complex notes of ripe fruit and spices. Never better than with mature cheeses and meat dishes.
