Made from Lambrusco Grasparossa and Sorbara grapes, using low-temperature skin fermentation for 24–36 hours. After a Charmat-method second fermentation for 20–25 days, the new sparkling wine continues to mature on the yeasts for another 4–5 weeks. Lustrous light pink colour, fresh and aromatic, sweet, lightly spiced flavour finishing on red berry notes.
