Cultivated on hillsides with south-east and north-west exposure, the nutrient-rich clay and siliceous-calcareous soil ensures excellent drainage. Harvested in September, the grapes are vinified with soft crushing and double fermentation, imparting a lively effervescence. With a lively white froth, a pale gold-green colour and an intense aroma of rose and fruit, the taste is soft, fresh and fragrant. Perfect as an aperitif or with light vegetable, fish or meat dishes.
