Lambrusco Scuro di Augusto comes from vineyards located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. The Lambrusco grapes are destemmed and vinified in red. This is followed by fermentation in thermo-controlled steel tanks and foaming according to the Charmat method, also in steel, which lasts about 3 weeks.
