Ca' Preella Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC pays homage to Venetian winemaking tradition, inspired by the historic farmhouse surrounded by Lamberti vineyards. This rosé wine, produced from Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes grown on the Veronese shores of Lake Garda, reflects the unique terroir of morainic soils at 200 meters altitude. The vinification process, with delicate maceration and controlled temperature fermentation, gives the wine a pale pink color and aromas of berries and violets. On the palate, it is dry, savory, and delicately fruity, making it perfect to pair with appetizers, first courses, and white meats.
