Ca' Preella Valpolicella DOC celebrates Venetian winemaking tradition, inspired by the historic farmhouse surrounded by Lamberti vineyards. Made from a blend of Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this wine reflects the unique character of the Valpolicella terroir. The vineyards, located at an altitude of 100-200 meters, benefit from clay soil with Cretaceous basalt outcrops. Vinified using traditional methods and fermented at controlled temperatures, Ca' Preella offers aromas of red fruit and spices, with a harmonious and bold taste, and a full finish with cherry notes. Perfect to pair with cured meats, appetizers, and white meats.
