Ca' Preella Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC 2023 is a white wine that captures the essence of Venetian winemaking traditions, inspired by the historic farmhouse of the Lamberti vineyards. Made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown at an altitude of 200 meters on alluvial soils between Veneto and Friuli, it offers a pale straw yellow color. The low-temperature vinification preserves the wine's freshness, which is expressed with floral and ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, notes of peach and pear combine in a fresh, persistent finish. Perfect with fish dishes, pasta or rice-based first courses, and white meats.
