Ca' Preella Custoza DOC 2023 is a Venetian white wine that celebrates the tradition of the historic farmhouse surrounded by Lamberti vineyards. Made from a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Friulano, Bianca Fernanda, and Chardonnay grapes, grown on the hills inland of Lake Garda at 200 meters altitude, it offers a unique aromatic profile. The morainic soils, rich in pebbles and clay, give the wine a distinctive character. Vinified with a brief cold maceration, it has a straw yellow color, floral aromas, and a pleasantly persistent ripe fruit flavor. Perfect with appetizers, delicate first courses, fish, and cold white meats.
