The late 2019 harvest allowed for a slow maturation of the grapes, enriching the wine with color and polyphenols. The wine ages for 14 months in small oak barrels and an additional 36 months in large casks, completing its maturation with 12 months in the bottle. The result is a wine with a deep ruby red color, intense and complex aromas of red fruit, and spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, "Le Origini" is rich and enveloping, perfect for accompanying game, braised meats, and traditional meat dishes.
