The Rosé Millesimato by Castel Faglia is an exclusive Franciacorta, crafted only in the best vintages when the climate and quality of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are exceptional. Grown on century-old terraces at 300 meters altitude, this rosé develops a delicate bouquet of red fruits and citrus, with a creamy foam and fine, persistent perlage. Its fruity and spicy flavor, well-structured and mineral, makes it ideal for pairing with shellfish, cured meats, and fine cheeses. Perfect for special moments and refined aperitifs.
